K-PAR Archiving Software is committed to providing top quality technical support, and will offer technical support to all customers with full current maintenance contracts. Customers who have purchased a product from K-PAR are entitled to receive technical support for 30 days from the date of product registration.

If you are thinking of contacting Technical Support, you might want to first check out our Technical Support - FAQs section. This contains many queries that have already been raised, and may save you time.

Technical support for customers with maintenance contracts or over the 30-day period includes free access to e-mail, fax-back, and telephone support. In addition, customers with annual support receive free minor software upgrades throughout the year.
